1. The Flaming One

Of ceaseless dominion, void and without form
Here, virtues reign...
Knowing not the self, nor from whence we came
Here, dwelleth the slave…
Born and bred unto benighted submission

And yearn the cradle of its chains

In thralldom divine; unfound, motionless and blind
Here, we remain...
Dying one thousand deaths, as each dawn fathers new name
Here, "home" is but a grave…
Disenchanted by the feigned arms of rapture
I count the sands of time,
And feed upon its grain

I stay; restrained... unwanting to yield these confines
I praise and pray unto thee, each and every day and night
Yet still I lay bare; coveting an end to this plight
....May thy cup runneth over, and soon fall the sweetest wine?

Breath begets breath
Each echo like a step
Ringing onward, unveiling contrast
Enkindling within, as they last

In this desolate crypt,
This cave of mirrors;
Resounding reflections birth illumination

"Dost thou see me now; a distant flare, a blazoned cry?
Hast thou forsaken me, the image thoust left to die?"
My portrait shines upon the deep, usurping a shapeless stillness
For a single shadow cast, has begun this catharsis…

"I see now a second self, a lone and blazing star;
And with thy lips, a brush... I paint its pathways afar"
An effigy of the flaming one, unearthed and fostered into darkness;
For on the wings of song, I become its duality incarnate

"Between these horizons, I stand;
Hand in hand, silhouette and man
...The light of the firmament, the light of this land"

2. The Lust Of The Lawless

Feral youth fears not;
For within me, restless lovers lay entwined
Side by side...entangled in the mind;
Wild is the flame that illuminates the house of Gemini

Desirous, yet without way;
Chaos becomes my only constant

I am strychnine;
A scavenger maddened by the gall which lies beneath
With all might and munitions now unsheathed;
I've come to reap this world of weeping and gnashing teeth

From these ashes, comes a new way;
Dissolution is my only constant

If it is willed, then so it must be
Those who seek to torch the bastions of belief;
Shall sow the seed whence I came
...And of it's vine, ye flourish and remain
Harvesting glories I hath proclaimed,
Daggers must arise in defiance of god's name;
To cut from the earth, from Eden's tree
...And eat of it's fruit, the delights of this release

3. The Salt And The Stone

Another dawn
Screaming at the spiteful sun
"O' amorous ray!
Why hast thou fallen short of this place?
...Why deny thee thine embrace?"

In riposte, twin ravens speak in omen
Of divinations to befallen

[Ravens:]
"Sentenced to wander unto obscurity...
An abomination; festering.
To drift amongst the waves,
Amidst the shadow sea;
He drifts... unto mornless eternity."

Without respite
This augury consumed
"O' ravenous fate!
Unbroken by these wanton inequities
...I will writhe onward unto serenity!"

The constable supplicated extinguish
Bellowing of baptismal rebirth

[Ravens:]
"Destined to ascend above fallacy;
'Tis only a revelation... a prophecy.
To tremble in rapture,
Amidst the rising sea;
We shall laugh... as twilight swallows he!"

Witness!
A lone vessel
Sailing towards the somber unknown
Cloaked in shadow
Piercing the tapestry of endless night
Discordant chatter
Welcoming a return as the womb is sewn
I float on
Letting go of all worldly plight

In victory, the ravens roar in ecstasy
For the great transmutation has begun

"Unaffrighted to reveal this mystery;
Death... or whatever it may be.
To gaze upon such splendor,
Amidst the starry sea;
